Formation

- Graduated in Law at Universidade de São Paulo in 2003;
- Specialization degree in Economics from the School of Economics of Fundação Getulio Vargas;
- Masters in Corportate Law from the Universidade de São Paulo;
- Ph.D. in Corporate Law from the Universidade de São Paulo;
- LL.M. in Financial and Securities Regulation from the School of Law of the Georgetown University;
- He is a lecturer at graduate and specialization courses, and a teaching assistant at the School of Law of the Universidade de São Paulo, within the "Programa de Aperfeiçoamento de Ensino" - PAE;
- Worked for the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (2007-2008);
- Worked at the Department of International Regulatory Affairs of the Securities and Exchange Commission - SEC, Washington, DC (2009-2010).
